About Our Neighbors Fund
Your support will help address the growing crisis that is animal welfare and access to vet care within the State of Connecticut
We provide grants to families who have low wage jobs or fixed incomes; who receive some form of Federal and/or State benefit and who are in crisis and chronic hardship including homelessness, medical and unemployment. We help:
- General Public
- Veterans
- Seniors
Post COVID; we have witnessed families lose their apartments (evictions); homes (foreclosures) or fall behind on rent (arrears) unable to provide for the health and wellness of their pets. Our Neighbors Fund provides relief
We Work to Keep Families and Pets Together
Your donation will help to sponsor wellness, urgent and emergency veterinary service(s) to vulnerable pets in Hartford County, Connecticut
We have many families struggling to meet the needs of their pets. We are trying to meet that need with Our Neighbors Fund
